Creepy neighbor guy who is always up here taking coffee and blathering endlessly about Neon Genesis Evangelion got here just after the editor-in-chief took the last of the coffee.

I like it when his visits are shortened, though really, acting like my boss dude did this to spite him is just ridiculous. Grow up, you aren't going to die without it, and go steal some other department's coffee and time and patience.

He's pretentious about everything, but he's even more obsessed with NGE. I regret that I ever admitted to being an anime fan and familiar with NGE to him.
